Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Canada & USA: 7–15 business days
- International: 14–30 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays beyond our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
